Takenpakket Sales Support

  • Centrale schakel binnen het commerciële team; ondersteuning van Key Account Managers en klanten
  • Zorgen voor een correcte en efficiënte administratieve opvolging en coördinatie van backofficeactiviteiten

Masterdata & administratie

  • Aanmaken, beheren en controleren van klant- en productgegevens
  • Ingeven en updaten van prijslijsten, afspraken en data in het ERP-systeem
  • Nieuwe klanten en artikelen aanmaken in het systeem
  • Opvolging en beheer van labels en prints

Ondersteuning van Key Account Managers

  • Assisteren bij staalaanvragen voor prospecten
  • Uploaden en aanvullen van klantportalen en documenten
  • Opstellen van actiebriefings en interne communicatie verzorgen
  • Bestellen van stalen bij productie en opvolgen van de status
  • Organiseren van verzendingen en klanten informeren

Klantgericht werken

  • Ondersteunen en opvolgen van acties die bijdragen aan klanttevredenheid
  • Eerste administratieve aanspreekpunt voor interne diensten

Algemene taken

  • Telefonie en beheer van de algemene mailbox
  • Voorbereiden en deelnemen aan beurzen
  • Meewerken aan optimalisatieprojecten binnen de backoffice
  • Rapportering aan de Commercieel Directeur

  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en betrouwbaar in je werk
  • Sterk in administratie, met een goed oog voor detail en het vermogen om meerdere taken tegelijk te beheren
  • Proactieve en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid
  • Vlotte communicator met een sterke teamgeest
  • In staat om prioriteiten te stellen en deadlines efficiënt te beheren
  • Klantgericht met affiniteit voor het product

Technische vaardigheden

  • Goede kennis van MS Office; ervaring met ERP-systemen is een pluspunt
  • Sterke mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden in Nederlands, Frans en Engels; kennis van Duits is een extra troef
  • Minstens een bachelordiploma
