Bij HAK Fresh zijn we op zoek naar een Sales Support die stevig in de schoenen staat en het leuk vindt om in een dynamische omgeving te werken waar geen dag hetzelfde is. Je ondersteunt het sales team met commerciële en administratieve taken. Je schakelt snel, denkt mee en bouwt mee aan de toekomst van een snelgroeiende organisatie. Je werkt in een hecht en energiek team met korte communicatielijnen binnen een organisatie die volop in beweging is. Wat ga je doen? Als Sales Support ben jij de drijvende kracht achter ons verkoopteam. Jij coördineert proactief alle account gerelateerde salesactiviteiten en ondersteunt de Business Development Manager bij het realiseren van onze commerciële ambities. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en schakelt dagelijks met collega's van supply chain, productontwikkeling en het salesteam. Dankzij jouw scherpe blik en gestructureerde aanpak loopt alles op rolletjes - van klantcontact en salesforecasts tot het voorbereiden van commerciële voorstellen Jij zorgt dat de basis staat én dat we kansen kunnen pakken. Je rol is veelzijdig en afwisselend. Je pakt een breed scala aan commerciële en administratieve taken op, zoals: - Het zelfstandig oplossen van klantvragen en fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt; - Uitwerken van actievoorstellen en deze helder communiceren naar klanten; - Voorbereiden van presentaties voor klantbezoeken van het salesteam; - Prijscommunicatie bij acties, opnames en saneringen, en het doorgeven van volumes t.b.v. forecast; - Input leveren voor accountplannen; - Het analyseren van afzet- en omzetontwikkelingen; - Kritisch kijken naar processen en werkwijzen om continu te verbeteren.
