De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Sales Support Administrator

  • Centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten en distributeurs binnen een toegewezen regio
  • Coördineren van het volledige order-to-cash proces van bestelling tot facturatie en nazorg
  • Opvolgen van orders en afstemmen met interne afdelingen zoals productie, magazijn en supply chain
  • Administratieve ondersteuning bieden aan commerciële managers binnen de regio
  • Coördineren van transporten en opvolgen van leveringen richting klanten
  • Schakel vormen tussen klanten en de interne organisatie
  • Opvolgen van forecasts samen met de supply chain afdeling
  • Zorgen voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van commerciële dossiers

  • Bachelor denkniveau of relevante ervaring binnen sales support of logistieke administratie
  • Sterk administratief en organisatorisch vermogen
  • Commerciële en klantgerichte mindset met focus op service
  • Vlot kunnen schakelen tussen verschillende taken en prioriteiten
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en relationeel sterk
  • Hands-on ingesteld en oplossingsgericht
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels, extra talen zijn een plus
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken binnen een gestructureerd team
