In deze veelzijdige functie combineert de kandidaat analyses met stakeholdermanagement en operationele ondersteuning van belangrijke accounts.

Bedrijfsomschrijving

Vanuit een dynamische werkomgeving zet de organisatie sterk in op samenwerking tussen verschillende afdelingen, waarbij data en commerciële inzichten centraal staan in de besluitvorming.

Omschrijving

  • Analyseren van verkoopresultaten, omzetcijfers en commerciële prestaties.
  • Opstellen van duidelijke rapporteringen en Excel-analyses ter voorbereiding van klant- en accountbesprekingen.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor interne stakeholders binnen sales en marketing.
  • Ondersteunen van key accounts en beantwoorden van operationele en commerciële vragen.
  • Beheren en optimaliseren van productinformatie binnen het PIM-systeem.
  • Zorgen voor correcte en actuele commerciële en logistieke data op klantenportalen.
  • Signaleren van trends, opportuniteiten en aandachtspunten op basis van data-analyses.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verdere optimalisatie van processen en systemen.
  • Bachelor-denkniveau of relevante ervaring binnen een commercieel ondersteunende, analytische ofcustomer support functie.
  • Sterke kennis van Excel en affiniteit met data-analyse.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen; kennis van Business Central is een pluspunt.
  • Vlotte communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Kennis van Duits is een extra troef.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor detail.
  • Proactieve ingesteldheid en het vermogen om verschillende prioriteiten tegelijk te beheren.
  • Teamspeler die graag samenwerkt met uiteenlopende afdelingen.
