Onze klant is een gespecialiseerde speler in innovatieve, ecologische oplossingen voor industriële toepassingen, actief in de volledige BENELUX. Vanuit de vestiging in regio Gent bedienen zij een professioneel B2B-klantenbestand en combineren ze technische expertise met een pragmatische, no-nonsense mentaliteit. De organisatie is overzichtelijk genoeg om iedereen bij naam te kennen, maar groot genoeg om professionele structuren, duidelijkheid en doorgroeimogelijkheden te bieden. Medewerkers beschrijven de sfeer als hands-on, collegiaal en gericht op lange termijn samenwerking.

Jobomschrijving

  • Sales support & orderflow
  • Verwerken van binnenkomende bestellingen en zorgen voor een correcte administratieve opvolging. Organiseren en afstemmen van transport, in overleg met interne en externe partijen. Proactief meedenken over een vlotte, efficiënte orderflow.
  • Front office & onthaal Eerste aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers: warm onthaal en praktische begeleiding. Beheren van binnenkomende telefoons en e-mails, inclusief internationale klanten. Eerste verwerking van webaanvragen en doorsturen naar de juiste collega's.
  • Administratieve ondersteuning van sales & marketing Ondersteunen van de binnendienst en het salesteam met nauwkeurige administratie. Bestellen en opvolgen van kantoorbenodigdheden, drukwerk en promomateriaal. Meehelpen bij het opmaken of aanpassen van brochures en banners (via o.a. Canva, InDesign of Photoshop).
  • Office organisatie Zorgen dat het onthaal en kantooromgeving altijd professioneel en verzorgd overkomen. Fungeren als schakel tussen verschillende afdelingen en bijdragen aan een vlotte interne communicatie. Stap voor stap ingewerkt worden door de huidige onthaalmedewerker, zodat kennis en routines mooi worden overgedragen.
  • Heeft ervaring in een B2B-omgeving en voelt zich comfortabel in contact met professionele klanten.
  • Is administratief zeer sterk, werkt nauwkeurig en houdt graag overzicht over verschillende lopende dossiers.
  • Communiceert vlot en klantgericht, zowel telefonisch als via mail.
  • Beschikt over een zeer goede kennis Engels (internationale telefoons) en een praktische basiskennis Frans - fouten zijn oké zolang de klant je goed begrijpt.
  • Is vlot weg met MS Office, in het bijzonder Excel (sorteren, filteren, kopiëren/plakken, cellen verbergen, eenvoudige formules en afdrukvoorbeelden).
  • Ervaring met Canva, InDesign of Photoshop is een plus voor het aanpassen van brochures en beursbanners.
  • Heeft bij voorkeur een ASO- of bachelordiploma.
  • Brengt idealiter minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring in een administratieve of sales support rol mee.
  • Houdt van structuur, maar kan ook flexibel schakelen wanneer er plots veel tegelijk gebeurt.
  • Herkent zich in de zin: "Ik zie mezelf dit met plezier enkele jaren doen en wil er écht mijn rol van maken.
