De functie inhoud Als Sales assistant in Moeskroen ben jij de administratieve en organisatorische spilfiguur van het salesteam. Je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze opvolging, ondersteunt in commerciële processen en draagt bij tot een professionele klantenbeleving.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Administratieve en commerciële ondersteuning van de salesmanagers in hun dagelijkse werking.
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten wanneer salesmanagers niet beschikbaar zijn, steeds met een klantgerichte en professionele aanpak.
  • Voorbereiden, opstellen en opvolgen van contracten en commerciële documenten.
  • Aanleveren en beheren van informatie op diverse klantenplatformen.
  • Coördineren van alle praktische voorbereidingen voor deelname aan internationale beurzen.
  • Klanten en bezoekers ontvangen en onthalen op een klantvriendelijke manier.
  • Verzamelen van relevante data via research, salesrapporten en voorraadanalyses ter ondersteuning van het salesproces.
  • Invoeren en actualiseren van klantgegevens binnen CRM.
