Vivaldis Technics Bedienden is op zoek naar een Sales Support Medewerker voor onze klant in Oudsbergen. Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in de groothandel van land- en tuinbouwproducten, variërend van gewasbescherming en meststoffen tot professionele materialen voor tuinaanleg.

Jouw takenpakket als Sales Support / Commercieel Bediende bestaat uit:

  • Klantencontact & Advies: Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt aan de telefoon en ontvangt klanten (voornamelijk B2B) hartelijk op kantoor. Je verstrekt informatie over producten en levertermijnen. Soms ga je ook ter plaatse bij klanten!
  • Orderbeheer: Je verwerkt inkomende orders die via de vertegenwoordigers (CRM) binnenkomen. Je controleert deze nauwkeurig in het ERP-pakket en zet ze door naar de planning.
  • Logistieke Administratie: Je bedient de weegbrug voor binnenrijdende vrachtwagens en tractoren, handelt de bijbehorende bonnen af en voert de nodige stockcontroles uit.
  • Aankoop & Facturatiecontrole: Je controleert inkomende facturen aan de hand van aankoopbonnen en gemaakte prijsafspraken.
  • Office Management: Je zorgt dat het kantoor op rolletjes loopt door de post te verwerken en bestellingen te plaatsen voor kantoorbenodigdheden en catering.

Profiel

Als Sales Support / Commercieel Bediende herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je beschikt over een Bachelor-diploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring). Omdat het om een cruciale rol gaat, zoeken we iemand die reeds een eerste relevante werkervaring op zak heeft.
  • Nauwkeurigheid: Je werkt vlot met ERP-systemen en CRM-software; details ontsnappen niet aan jouw aandacht.
  • Communicatie: Je bent commercieel ingesteld, spreekt vlot Nederlands en bent een echte teamplayer die niet bang is om hulp te vragen of te bieden.
  • Affiniteit: Interesse in de land- of tuinbouwsector is een sterke troef, maar de productkennis kan intern aangeleerd worden.

  • Zekerheid: Je start ter vervanging van een zieke collega (ca. 5 weken), maar bij een positieve evaluatie en een goede klik is er een zeer reële kans op een vast contract.
  • Verloning: Correcte verloning volgens PC 200, aangevuld met extralegale voordelen.
  • Werksfeer: Je komt terecht in een stabiel team waar collega's nauw samenwerken en elkaar ondersteunen.
