Dit ga jij doen In de rol van Sales Support Medewerker is er volop afwisseling. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen klanten en collega's en zorgt ervoor dat alles rondom sales soepel en goed geregeld is. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - De verwerking en controle van orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365; - Beantwoorden van vragen van klanten via telefoon en e-mail; - Afstemmen van orders en leveringen met klanten, transporteurs en accountmanagers; - Het ondersteunen van collega's in de commerciële buitendienst; - Signaleren van commerciële kansen en hier actief op inspelen; - Bewaken van de voortgang van orders en leveringen; - Het meedenken over verbeteringen in processen en de dienstverlening. Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen goed geregeld is. Van een correcte order tot een tevreden klant. Je hebt veel contact met verschillende partijen en weet daarbij goed het overzicht te bewaren.
