Voor een internationaal actieve speler binnen de productiesector zoeken we een Sales Support Medewerker in regio Eeklo. Je komt terecht in een gevestigde organisatie waar eigen productie en internationale verkoop samenkomen. Vanuit jouw commerciële rol zorg je mee voor een vlotte klantenservice en een nauwkeurige opvolging van dossiers.

Als Commerciële binnendienstmedewerker sta je dicht bij de klant én bij je interne collega's. Geen functie waarbij je enkel administratie verwerkt, maar een gevarieerd takenpakket waarin communicatie, opvolging en samenwerking elkaar dagelijks afwisselen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • De dag begint met het bekijken van de lopende klantendossiers en commerciële aanvragen, waarna je bepaalt welke opvolging eerst nodig is
  • Hoe zorg je ervoor dat klanten steeds correct geholpen zijn? Door vragen helder te beantwoorden, afspraken nauwgezet op te volgen en intern de juiste informatie te verzamelen
  • Als Sales Support houd je de commerciële administratie op orde en zorg je ervoor dat relevante klant- en ordergegevens steeds correct verwerkt zijn
  • Doorheen de dag schakel je regelmatig met sales en andere interne afdelingen, zodat vragen en dossiers zonder onnodige vertraging verder kunnen
  • Tussendoor bewaak je de voortgang van verschillende dossiers en neem je zelf actie wanneer bijkomende afstemming of opvolging nodig is
  • Een relevante opleiding of gelijkwaardige achtergrond biedt een goede basis om de functie als Sales Support op te nemen
  • Ervaring binnen sales support, commerciële administratie of klantenservice is vereist om snel zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan
  • Nauwkeurig werken met administratieve systemen en commerciële gegevens is belangrijk voor een correcte opvolging van dossiers
  • Een goede talenkennis Nederlands, Frans en Engels is noodzakelijk om vlot te communiceren met klanten en collega's binnen de internationale context
