Als Admin & Sales Support NI zorg je voor de administratieve ondersteuning van projecten en verkoop binnen het NI-departement.

  • Je beheert de NI-mailbox en stemt de administratieve opvolging af met werfteams, projectleiders, het verkoopteam, klanten en interne diensten.
  • Je registreert projecten in de nodige systemen, ondersteunt bij Release to Manufacturing (RTM) en helpt de projectleider bij de bestelling van lokaal aan te kopen materiaal.
  • Je ondersteunt de opstart van projecten door mee te werken aan het veiligheidsplan en de risicoanalyse, en je beheert Check-in@work.
  • Je maakt attesten en documenten op en klasseert ze, vervolledigt As Built-dossiers en verstuurt de nodige documentatie naar de klant.
  • Je volgt de voortgang van projecten administratief op, communiceert die naar facturatie en ondersteunt bij de behandeling van claims.
  • Je ondersteunt het verkoopteam bij de opmaak van offertes, bereidt verkoopdossiers voor en registreert offertes en opportuniteiten in de rapporteringstool.
  • Je helpt bij de administratieve voorbereiding van lastenboeken, beheert en optimaliseert bestaande contracttemplates en de calculatietool, stelt contracten op, registreert bestellingen en ondersteunt de overdracht naar uitvoering, waarbij je offertes en dossiers controleert op volledigheid en conformiteit.

Voor de functie van sales support officer in Brussel zoeken we iemand die:

  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en Frans op minimaal B2-niveau en het Engels op minimaal B1-niveau.
  • Je beschikt over sterke organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS365.
