Jij draagt bij aan het succes van het salesteam en zorgt dat klanten altijd op de beste service kunnen rekenen. Je bent een belangrijke schakel en dankzij jouw inzet bereiken we samen mooie resultaten. Je werk is afwisselend, je hebt veel contact met collega's en klanten, en je ziet direct het effect van je inspanningen. Op een werkdag stel je offertes op, volg je deze op en verwerk je contracten en afspraken. Je helpt klanten vriendelijk en oplossingsgericht, beheert klantinformatie in Salesforce en werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen. Je signaleert kansen en pakt deze met vertrouwen op. - Stelt offertes op en volgt deze op; - Verwerkt contracten en afspraken zorgvuldig; - Helpt klanten telefonisch en per e-mail; - Beheert klantgegevens overzichtelijk in Salesforce; - Werkt samen met verschillende teams aan commercieel succes. Wat vragen we van je? - Mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau; - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een commerciële binnendienst- of inside salesfunctie; - Klantgericht en communicatief sterk; - Nauwkeurig en houdt overzicht; - Kan goed schakelen tussen verschillende taken; Wat bieden wij? - Een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband (32 - 40 uur); - Salaris tussen €2.750,- en €3.500,-, afhankelijk van ervaring; - 25 vakantiedagen en de mogelijkheid om 12 extra dagen te kop...
