Vanwege een sterke groei binnen onze organisatie zijn wij op zoek naar een Sales Support Specialist. In deze functie heb je veel contact met klanten en bied je ondersteuning aan twee ervaren collega's hiervoor zoeken wij een enthousiaste, gemotiveerde en vooral een servicegerichte persoon.

Als Sales Support Specialist in de Logistiek zorg je voor de relaties met onze zakelijke klanten door bij te dragen aan hun tevredenheid en loyaliteit. Je verleent ondersteuning aan de accountmanagers bij het uitbouwen van het klantenbestand, het opstellen van offertes en contracten en het beantwoorden van klantvragen. De grootste uitdaging binnen deze functie ligt in de informatiestroom richting onze klanten, analyseren en verwerken van data, verzorgen van presentaties en vooral verbeteren en uitbreiden van onze service aan onze klanten.

Als Sales Support Specialist (Logistiek) zorg je voor de relaties met onze zakelijke klanten door bij te dragen aan hun tevredenheid en loyaliteit.
