At LUC Group, you'll work alongside experienced professionals in engineering, production and business development while contributing to innovative industrial solutions used worldwide. - Brunssum (NL) and Maasmechelen (BE) - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field As Supervisor Sales & Work Preparation , you are responsible for leading and coordinating the Sales & Work Preparation Engineering team. You oversee an efficient and high-quality quotation and order process, ensuring proper project preparation for production. You act as a vital link between Sales, Engineering and Production, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal departments. About the job - Lead and coach the Sales & Work Preparation team. - Coordinate and prioritize quotations, orders, subcontracting and projects. - Ensure accurate and timely management of articles, BOMs and cost calculations. - Safeguard manufacturability and translation of customer requirements into production-ready solutions. - Maintain communication with suppliers and internal departments. - Monitor delivery times, quality and costs in cooperation with production and purchasing. - Initiate and implement process improvements within the department. - Prepare reports and provide feedback to the Vice President Sales & Business Development. - Mentor and train new team members, supporting knowledge transfer and personal development. About you - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field. - 5-10 years of relevant experience in a similar technical, coordinating or supervisory role. - Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams. - Commercial awareness and experience in customer contact and procurement. - Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of German is a plus. - Structured, analytical, and result-oriented way of working. - Hands-on and proactive attitude with strong communication skills. ...
