Ben jij een gedreven technoloog die impact wil maken in een organisatie in volle digitale transformatie? Bij RGF Staffing krijg je de kans om als Salesforce Developer een sleutelrol te spelen in één van onze meest strategische interne projecten: de implementatie van het ATS-systeem Bullhorn op het Salesforce-platform.

Jouw rol (50% development – 50% platform & release management)

Bij RGF Staffing zijn we volop bezig met de implementatie van het ATS-systeem Bullhorn op het Salesforce-platform. Als Salesforce Developer ben jij een cruciale schakel in het realiseren van technische oplossingen die naadloos aansluiten bij de behoeften van onze interne klanten.

Je zal niet alleen ontwikkelen, maar volledig ownership nemen over het platform. In deze brede rol combineer je development met platformbeheer en release management.

Concreet: wat ga je doen?

Samen met de externe partner vertaal je functionele analyses naar krachtige en efficiënte applicatiecomponenten. Je houdt hierbij rekening met onze complexe interne architectuurplaat en zorgt voor future-proof oplossingen, zowel bij nieuwe functionaliteiten als bij wijzigingen aan bestaande features.

  • Beheer van Salesforce upgrades en security‑aanpassingen.
  • Rollen- en rechtenstructuur uitwerken en onderhouden (naast recruiter rol uitbreiding richting sales).
  • Ondersteuning bij de refresh van omgevingen.
  • Releases en deploys uitvoeren zodat deze tijdig klaarstaan.
  • Zorgen dat omgevingen tijdig beschikbaar zijn voor projecten en testen.
  • Incidenten en fixes opvolgen en oplossen.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Aantoonbare ervaring met Salesforce (absolute must): kennis & ervaring van SalesFore Flows en APEX zijn een must.
  • Brede kennis van het Salesforce‑platform, niet enkel development maar ook platformconfiguratie, security rollen en rechten.
  • Minstens mid‑level ervaringsniveau: je kan zelfstandig werken en beslissingen nemen, je bent proactief ingesteld.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met scrum/agile development.
  • Je durft initiatief nemen, ownership pakken, leveranciers aanspreken en opvolgen en zet druk wanneer nodig. Ook ben je flexibel ingesteld bij de opvolging van incidenten en fixes.
  • Je bent vlot in het Engels.

Ervaring met release management en toolings zoals Gearset speel je uit als extra troef. Ook Salesforce certificaten zijn een plus.
