We zoeken een gedreven en gepassioneerde salesmanager die klaar is om de Belgische markt te veroveren. Als vooraanstaande leverancier van hoogwaardige B2B-ingrediënten en grondstoffen in Europa, bieden we jou een kans om een cruciale rol te vervullen in dit dynamische team.

  • Als salesmanager ben je niet zomaar een vertegenwoordiger; je wordt het gezicht van dit bedrijf voor gewaardeerde klanten.
  • Je belangrijkste taak is het opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame relaties.
  • Met jouw proactieve aanpak zoek je voortdurend naar nieuwe mogelijkheden en verras je klanten met innovatieve voorstellen.
  • Je bent de drijvende kracht achter onze omzetgroei en introduceert voortdurend nieuwe producten en concepten.
  • Altijd alert op de laatste trends in de markt, breng je frisse ideeën in.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en beheren van prognoses en budgetten, en je speelt een sleutelrol in het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van accountplannen.
  • Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met het interne salesteam om klanten optimaal te ondersteunen.
  • Met trots rapporteer je aan de Sales Director, en samen streven jullie naar het behalen van doelen en het overtreffen van verwachtingen.
  • Masterdiploma bio-ingenieur is vereist.
  • Je bent vloeiend in Frans en Engels.
  • Minimaal 10-15 jaar ervaring als Accountmanager in de Food Industry is een must.
  • Uitstekende technische kennis om klanten te adviseren en oplossingen te bieden, mag niet ontbreken.
  • MS Office kent geen geheimen voor je.
  • Je bent gedreven en resultaatgericht.
  • Frequent reizen binnen de Benelux vind je geen probleem.
