Wat doe je als salesmedewerker binnendienst regio Kortrijk?

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, zowel telefonisch als via e-mail
  • Offertes en orders verwerk en volg je nauwgezet op in het ERP-systeem
  • Je staat in contact met de commerciële buitendienst en werkt aan optimale ondersteuning voor klanten
  • Alle klantgegevens en afspraken houd je nauwkeurig bij in gestructureerde documenten

Na een betrouwbare levering kunnen de klanten hen steeds contacteren voor technische ondersteuning. Met het oog op een innovatieve en duurzame werking maken ze steeds tijd om medewerkers zo goed mogelijk op te leiden en ze zo goed mogelijk te laten voelen binnen de onderneming. Wie ben jij als salesmedewerker binnendienst regio Kortrijk?

  • Je hebt een sterke commerciële instelling en geniet van klantcontact
  • Administratie en nauwkeurigheid liggen je goed
  • Vloeiende communicatie in het Nederlands is vereist, en vlot Frans spreken en schrijven een grote plus
  • Ervaring met Excel en ERP-systemen zijn handig, maar geen must
