Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 SAP SuccessFactors Applikationsbetreuer*in Deine Aufgaben

* Betreuung und Support (1st & 2nd Level) für verschiedene SAP SuccessFactors Module sowie die dazugehörigen Schnittstellen

* Verwaltung und Pflege von Berechtigungen und Organisationsstrukturen

* Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung regelmäßiger Datenimporte

* Unterstützung bei Systemanpassungen, Optimierungen und Weiterentwicklungen von SAP SuccessFactors

* Durchführung von System- und Integrationstests im Rahmen des Release-Managements sowie bei neuen Funktionserweiterungen

* Erstellung und Pflege von Schulungs- und Anwenderdokumentationen in deutscher und englischer Sprache sowie Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei Fragen rund um SAP SuccessFactors

Dein Profil

* Erfahrung im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support von HR- oder Unternehmensapplikationen, idealerweise im Umfeld von SAP SuccessFactors

* Ausgeprägte Service- und Lösungsorientierung sowie Freude an der Analyse und Behebung von Problemen

* Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie hohe Lern- und Weiterentwicklungsbereitschaft

* Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
