  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de vlotte administratie en coördinatie van schadeherstellingen, van het eerste contact tot de uiteindelijke aflevering van het voertuig.
  • Je maakt zorgvuldige schadecalculaties en bestekken en zorgt ervoor dat elke herstelling efficiënt en volgens afspraak kan verlopen.
  • Je verwerkt de eindcalculaties, houdt alle kosten nauwgezet bij en zorgt ervoor dat elk dossier volledig en correct is afgewerkt.
  • Gedurende het hele herstelproces beheer je het dossier en onderhoud je een duidelijke communicatie met klanten, verzekeraars en experten.
  • Klanten ontvangen bij jou altijd een warm welkom aan het onthaal; je beantwoordt hun vragen, maakt de werkkaarten op en volgt de herstelling nauwgezet op.
  • Je zorgt voor een slimme afhandeling van bestellingen en retouren van onderdelen, levert herstelde voertuigen zorgvuldig af aan tevreden klanten en stelt de facturen op bij het afronden van elk dossier.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring als bestekkenmaker in de carrosseriesector.
  • Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met Planmanager, Claims en Ubench. Deze kennis is zeer belangrijk.
  • Je werkt administratief nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.
  • Je communiceert sterk, bent klantgericht en beschikt over de empathie om klanten op hun gemak te stellen.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B of kunt je vlot verplaatsen naar het werk.
