Met een sterke lokale verankering en een persoonlijke aanpak bouwt het kantoor aan duurzame klantenrelaties, waarbij kwaliteit, vertrouwen en service centraal staan. Je komt terecht in een team van 15 collega's waar jij het schadebeheer voor je rekening zal nemen.

Jobomschrijving

Als Schadebeheerder bij dit kantoor mag je je verwachten aan volgend takenpakket:

  • Je combineert schadebeheer met productie in verzekeringen.
  • Analyseren van schadedossiers en verzamelen van de nodige informatie en bewijsstukken.
  • Klanten informeren over de voortgang van hun dossier en hen begeleiden tijdens het volledige schadeproces.
  • Waken over een correcte en tijdige afhandeling van dossiers.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte administratieve verwerking van alle productieactiviteiten.

Om deze rol met flair te vervullen, herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma in een economische richting.
  • Je hebt ervaring als schadebeheerder bij een makelaar.
  • Je hebt reeds kennis van het beheerpakket Brio.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en een grote teamplayer.
