Wil jij als Schadebeheerder Arbeidsongevallen een directe impact hebben op mensen die een arbeidsongeval hebben meegemaakt? Binnen de P&V Groep beheer je dossiers van A tot Z en help je klanten en partners verder met duidelijke beslissingen en een persoonlijke aanpak. Je werkt samen met ervaren collega's in Antwerpen en Brussel binnen een omgeving waar vertrouwen, samenwerking en ontwikkeling centraal staan. Dankzij jouw expertise zorg je voor een correcte en mensgerichte afhandeling van dossiers. Als Schadebeheerder Arbeidsongevallen krijg je ruimte om initiatief te nemen en je verder te ontwikkelen.

Jouw uitdagingen

  • Beheren van schadedossiers arbeidsongevallen van A tot Z.
  • Analyseren van dossiers en verzamelen van alle relevante informatie.
  • Nemen van beslissingen over de aanvaarding van schadegevallen, aansprakelijkheid en schadevergoedingen.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met verzekerden, makelaars, experten, raadsartsen, advocaten en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Opbouwen van constructieve samenwerkingen met collega's in Antwerpen en Brussel.
  • Zoeken naar correcte en klantgerichte oplossingen binnen het wettelijk kader van de arbeidsongevallenverzekering.
  • Bijdragen aan een positieve teamdynamiek waar kennisdeling en samenwerking centraal staan.
  • Zorgvuldig opvolgen van dossiers met aandacht voor kwaliteit, timing en dienstverlening.

Wat je meebrengt

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in verzekeringen of rechten.
  • Minstens 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in het beheer van arbeidsongevallendossiers.
  • Een grondige kennis van de Arbeidsongevallenwet.
  • Een sterke persoonlijkheid en de maturiteit om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en een pragmatische aanpak.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een professionele houding.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en trekt je plan in het Frans.
  • Een goede kennis van Microsoft Office.
  • Een positieve ingesteldheid en de bereidheid om mee te groeien met veranderingen.
