Als Schadebeheerder zorg jij ervoor dat schadegevallen vlot, correct en menselijk worden opgevolgd. Jij bent de schakel die dossiers van A tot Z mee in goede banen leidt, zodat klanten duidelijkheid krijgen en elk dossier netjes wordt afgewerkt.

In deze rol combineer je nauwkeurigheid met een vlotte aanpak. Je krijgt veel afwisseling en werkt mee aan een dienstverleningsverhaal waarin structuur, communicatie en oplossingsgericht denken centraal staan.

  • Je registreert en beheert schadedossiers van melding tot afsluiting;
  • Je analyseert de dossierinformatie en verzamelt de nodige documenten en bewijzen;
  • Je onderhoudt contact met klanten, experten, verzekeraars en andere betrokken partijen;
  • Je volgt deadlines en administratieve stappen nauwgezet op;
  • Je denkt mee in oplossingen en houdt het overzicht, ook wanneer er meerdere dossiers tegelijk lopen;
  • Je zorgt voor een duidelijke en correcte administratie in de systemen;

Je werkt in een omgeving waar leren, samenwerken en verantwoordelijkheid nemen hand in hand gaan. Dankzij jouw betrokkenheid krijgen klanten een heldere opvolging zonder dat het een administratieve doolhof wordt.

We zoeken iemand met een stevige portie leergierigheid, een scherp oog voor detail en een natuurlijke drive om dossiers correct af te ronden.

Ervaring van 0 tot 3 jaar is prima: frisse energie en goesting om bij te leren zijn hier minstens zo belangrijk als een lang cv.

  • Je hebt een diploma in een administratieve, juridische, economische of gelijkwaardige richting, of je beschikt over relevante interesse en aanleg;
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt overzicht in een omgeving met verschillende dossiers tegelijk;
  • Je bent klantgericht, discreet en denkt mee in oplossingen;
  • Je kan goed samenwerken met collega’s en externe partners;
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig en leert snel nieuwe systemen aan;
  • Kennis van schadebeheer, verzekeringen of dossieropvolging is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must;

Wie graag structuur brengt in complexe situaties en daarbij een gezonde dosis enthousiasme meebrengt, voelt zich hier snel thuis.
