The posting

Als schadebeheerder maak je deel uit van een gespecialiseerd team van 9 personen dat instaat voor het beheer van schadedossiers binnen voornamelijk particuliere verzekeringen.

Je fungeert als schakel naar de verzekeraar, waarbij je dossiers inhoudelijk analyseert, opvolgt en mee verdedigt in het belang van de klant.

Je komt hier in contact met alle mogelijke schades binnen BOAR verzekeringen (inclusief speciale risico's en industriële risico's), maar met een grote focus op schades binnen de takken auto, brand en burgerlijke aansprakelijkheid (familiale & uitbating).

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:

  • Beheren en opvolgen van schadedossiers van A tot Z
  • Analyseren en interpreteren van dossiers en polisvoorwaarden
  • Coördineren van communicatie met de verzekeraar
  • Adviseren over de aanpak en positionering in specifieke schadedossiers
  • Actief verdedigen van de belangen van de klant
  • Schriftelijk en mondeling toelichten van dossiers
  • Opbouwen van expertise in diverse verzekeringsproducten en maatschappijen

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar je met een brede waaier aan producten en verzekeraars werkt, wat zorgt voor een sterke inhoudelijke groei.

Daarnaast overleg je complexe schadedossiers met de collega's in het team of stem je af met de leidinggevende van het schadeteam.

  • Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 2 à 3 jaar (of meer!!!) ervaring binnen verzekeringen (makelaar, verzekeraar of bankomgeving)
  • Ervaring met schadebeheer is een sterke troef
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en dossierinzicht
  • Assertief genoeg om inhoudelijk in dialoog te kunnen gaan met verschillende stakeholders
  • Vlot Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans (durven gebruiken is belangrijker dan perfectie)
  • ICT-vaardig en leergierig (werken met verschillende tools, platformen en verzekeringsproducten van verschillende verzekeraars)
