Ben jij de ervaren schademedewerker arbeidsongevallen die wij zoeken? In deze rol beheer je schadedossiers van begin tot eind en neem je zelfstandig beslissingen over schadeclaims en vergoedingen. Je werkt nauw samen met een uiteenlopend team van professionals en bent verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van klantgerichte oplossingen binnen de wettelijke kaders. Met jouw diepgaande kennis van arbeidsongevallen en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden draag je bij aan een positieve teamdynamiek.   • Jij beheert schadedossiers van arbeidsongevallen van begin tot eind.
  • Jij analyseert dossiers en verzamelt alle noodzakelijke informatie.
  • Jij besluit over de goedkeuring van schadegevallen, verantwoordelijkheden en schadevergoedingen.
  • Jij onderhoudt contacten met verzekerden, tussenpersonen, experts, medische adviseurs, juristen en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Jij bouwt constructieve samenwerkingen op met collega's in verschillende vestigingen.
  • Jij zoekt naar correcte en klantgerichte oplossingen binnen de wettelijke kaders van de arbeidsongevallenverzekering.
  • Jij draagt bij aan een positieve teamdynamiek waarin kennisdeling en samenwerking voorop staan.
  • Jij volgt dossiers zorgvuldig op met aandacht voor kwaliteit, tijdsdruk en servicegerichtheid.
  • Beschikt over een bachelor- of masteropleiding in de richting van verzekeringen of rechten.
  • Heeft minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in het behandelen van arbeidsongevallendossiers.
  • Heeft diepgaande kennis van de wetgeving rondom arbeidsongevallen.
  • Is een sterke persoonlijkheid met de volwassenheid om onafhankelijk beslissingen te nemen.
  • Heeft een praktische instelling en pakt zaken op een pragmatische manier aan.
  • Beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en hanteert een professionele houding.
  • Is vloeiend in het Nederlands en kan zich ook goed redden in het Frans.
  • Heeft een positieve instelling en is bereid om mee te groeien met veranderingen.
