Wir sind call us Assistance International GmbH, ein Tochterunternehmen der UNIQA Österreich Versicherungen AG. Seit über 35 Jahren servicieren wir unsere internationalen Kunden mit erstklassigen Assistance-, Call-Center- und

Schadenmanagement-Services. Für unser Schadenmanagement-Team in Wien suchen wir motivierte Verstärkung.

Nütze diese Chance, erzähle uns von deinen Stärken und bewirb dich als 3 Schadenreferent:innen (w/m/d) Voll- & Teilzeitbeschäftigung (32 bis 38,5 Wochenstunden)

Deine Aufgaben:

* Eigenständige Bearbeitung, Bewertung und Regulierung von Schadenfällen

* Treffen fundierter Entscheidungen über den gesamten Schadenprozess hinweg

* Beauftragung und Beurteilung von Sachverständigengutachten

* Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe mit Kund:innen und Vertriebspartner:innen - sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich

* Ermittlung und Auszahlung der jeweiligen Entschädigungsbeträge

* Proaktives Erkennen, Einschätzen und Initiieren von Regress- sowie potenziellen Betrugsfällen

Dein Profil:

* Du bist ein Teamplayer mit sehr guten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten - dann bist du bei uns richtig.

* Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie erste Berufserfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche.

* Deutsch in Wort und Schrift und gutes Englisch sind für dich selbstverständlich.

* MS Office und die Arbeit mit unterschiedlichen IT-Systemen sind für dich keine Herausforderung.

* Organisationstalent: Du arbeitest strukturiert, setzt Prioritäten und behältst auch bei mehreren Fällen gleichzeitig

den Überblick.

* Viel Empathie und hohe Serviceorientierung: Denn hinter jedem Schadenfall steht ein Mensch mit einem Anliegen.
