Heb je ervaring in de textielsector en haal je voldoening uit een perfect afgewerkt eindproduct? Wil je werken bij een stabiele producent van kwalitatieve tapijten in de regio Harelbeke? Dan is dit jouw kans.

Als scheerder van tapijten ben je een belangrijke schakel in het afwerkingsproces. Dankzij jouw vakmanschap verlaten tapijten de productie in perfecte staat. Je werkt met een moderne scheermachine en krijgt hierbij de nodige zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid.

Jouw taken:

  • Je stelt de scheermachine correct in, zoals de hoogte van het scheermes en de werkbreedte.
  • Je bewaakt het productieproces en grijpt in wanneer je afwijkingen of fouten opmerkt.
  • Je voert kleine technische bijsturingen uit om een optimale kwaliteit te garanderen.
  • Je onderhoudt de machine door ze te reinigen, smeren en de stofkamer uit te kuisen.
  • Je naait tapijten aan elkaar voor een vlotte verwerking aan de machine.
  • Je zorgt voor een veilige, nette en georganiseerde werkplek.

Je werkt in een 2-ploegenstelsel van 40 uur per week:

  • Vroege ploeg: 05.00 u tot 13.00 u
  • Late ploeg: 13.00 u tot 21.00 u
  • Je hebt ervaring als scheerder van tapijten of in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de textielsector.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een sterk oog voor detail.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en bewaakt de kwaliteit van je werk.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
  • Je bent bereid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken.
