Wir sind Verival, ein österreichischer Bio-Lebensmittelhersteller, der in Langkampfen, Tirol, in Handarbeit hochwertige Zutaten zu einzigartigen Frühstücksprodukten verarbeitet.

Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt 1 Schichtleiter (m/w/x) Aufgaben

* Einschulung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter_innen

* Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Produktionsteams im 2-Schichtbetrieb

* Unterstützung des Linienpersonals bei Rüsttätigkeiten sowie im täglichen Produktionsprozess

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs unter Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards (Bio- und Lebensmittelstandards)

* Steuerung und Überwachung der Produktionsprozesse

* Optimierung von Abläufen und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Effizienz

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Qualitätssicherung und Logistik

Was wir uns von dir wünschen

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Mechatronik, Maschinenbau, Lebensmitteltechnik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Produktion, idealerweise in der Lebensmittelbranche

* Führungserfahrung im Schichtbetrieb von Vorteil

* Gutes technisches Verständnis

* Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Durchsetzungsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schichtbetrieb (Montag bis Freitag)
