Aufgaben

* Leitung einer Schicht und Verantwortung für eine vollständige Übergabe.

* Koordination aller Arbeitsabläufe in der Schicht.

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs am Empfang.

* Check-in und Check-out der Gäste.

* Annahme von Reservierungen verschiedenster Art.

* Bearbeitung aller Anfragen und Betreuung der Gäste.

* Führung und Kontrolle der Kasse.

* Beschwerdehandling.

* Schulung der Mitarbeiter.

* Aktives Anbieten der Produkte des Hauses.

Profil

* Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Hotel- und Gastgewerbeassistent.

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung am Empfang in Häusern vergleichbaren Standards.

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und selbstbewusstes Auftreten.

* Ein kompetentes und herzliches Auftreten.

* Eine positive Ausstrahlung und Begeisterungsfähigkeit gegenüber Gästen und Kollegen.

* Eine hohe Eigeninitiative und Verkaufstalent.

* Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit.

* Eine aufrichtige Gast- und Serviceorientierung.

* Erfahrung mit Casablanca von Vorteil.

* Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
