We voeren binnen- en buitenschilderwerk uit voor particulieren en bedrijven en nemen grotere renovatieprojecten en planmatig onderhoud aan. Het bedrijf werkt projectmatig met vaste teams en duidelijke planning. Iedereen heeft een duidelijke rol, zodat projecten efficiënt verlopen. Onze aanpak is praktisch en doelgericht, met overzicht en duidelijke afspraken voor elk project. De Baan Als schilder in ons grote team werk je in vaste ploegen aan grotere projecten voor woningen en bedrijven. De dag begint met een korte briefing: wie doet wat en welk materiaal is nodig. Op locatie werk je met collega's samen en stem je af over uitvoering en tempo. Je bent bezig met binnen- en buitenschilderwerk en houtrot reparaties, en pakt behangen of wanden op waar nodig. Tijdens het werk overleg je over planning en uitdagingen. Aan het einde van de klus wordt gezamenlijk gekeken of alles klaar is, materialen worden opgeruimd en de voortgang besproken. Functie Eisen - Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste. Wat we écht belangrijk vinden? Motivatie en de wil om het vak te leren!;; - Ook starters worden daarom uitgenodigd om te reageren, het vak kunnen we je leren!;; - Je bent in het bezit van een auto en mag deze ook legaal besturen.
