Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort 1 Schnittmacher_in Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie

* Erstellung von Erst- und Modellschnitten von PSA und Dienstbekleidung

* Erstellung von serienreifen Produktionsschnitten

* Erstellung der Verarbeitungsvorschriften, Gradierungen sowie Verbrauchskalkulationen

* Analyse von Ausschreibungen und Auftragskriterien

* Realisation und Betreuung von Prototypen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Musterschneiderei

* Support der Produktionsstätten und Reisetechniker in allen schnitttechnischen Fragen

Das bringen Sie mit

* Abgeschlossene schnitttechnische Berufsausbildung

* einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Modellentwicklung, vorzugsweise PSA oder Outdoorbekleidung

* Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Entwicklung von Modellen, vom Grundschnitt bis zum serienreifen Modell

* Fundierte CAD-Kenntnisse, vorzugsweise Assyst

* Erfahrung mit Zeichenprogrammen wie Coral Draw oder Adobe Illustrator

* Hands-on Mentalität

* Kommunikationsstärke und hohe Teamfähigkeit

Darauf dürfen Sie sich freuen

* 4,5 Tage-Woche mit flexiblen Arbeitszeiten (Gleitzeitmodell)

* Vollzeit bei 38,5h pro Woche

* Persönlicher Parkplatz sowie gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr

Nach Absprache: Montag bis Donnerstag von 08:00 bis 17:00 Uhr, Freitag von 08:00 bis 12:30 Uhr

Unsere Gehaltspakete orientieren sich jedoch an Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation und liegen daher deutlich über dem angegebenen Mindestgehalt.
