Dan is deze functie iets voor jou!Voor een betonbedrijf in Kinrooi, gespecialiseerd in prefabbeton zijn we op zoek naar een schrijnwerker die mallen en bekistingen op maat kan maken.

Jobomschrijving

Wat ga je doen? Je begint je dag met het doornemen van technische fiches. Hierop vind je de afmetingen en afbeeldingen van de producten die je moet maken.Je selecteert het juiste materiaal, meet elk stuk betonplex zorgvuldig en zorgt ervoor dat alles klopt met het spiegelbeeld van het prefab betonelement. Daarna zaag je de onderdelen op maat en monteer je ze tot een complete mal.Na de montage denk je na over hoe het uitgeharde beton eruit zal zien wanneer het uit de mal komt. Dit houdt in dat je hoeken en kanten glad schuurt, spleten afkit en de mal zo assembleert dat het betonnen element soepel kan worden verwijderd.Zodra de mal klaar is, verplaats je deze naar de volgende fase van de productie, waar je collega’s verder gaan met het vullen van jouw mal voor het eindproduct.

Een passie voor hout en alles wat je ermee kunt creëren.Je houdt van puzzelen en ziet altijd mogelijkheden in plaats van obstakels.Je bent vertrouwd met houtbewerkingsmachines (zoals paneelzaag en schaven).Ervaring met nietjes- en nagelpistolen is een pluspunt, maar dit kan je ook leren.Je hebt een diploma in houtbewerking of relevante werkervaring.Flexibiliteit is belangrijk; je vindt het leuk om soms bij te springen op andere afdelingen, zoals het storten van beton of logistieke taken met de heftruck.
