Wir suchen ab sofort: 1 Schwarzdecker_in (w/m/d) Wir suchen erfahrene Bauwerksabdichter_innen mit nachgewiesener Erfahrung in verschiedenen Dachkonstruktionen, einschließlich Warmdach, Umkehrdach, Duodach usw. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie für die Durchführung hochwertiger Abdichtungsarbeiten an Bauwerken jeglicher Art verantwortlich sein. Sie werden eng mit unserem Team von Bauprofis zusammenarbeiten und dafür sorgen, dass unsere Projekte termingerecht und gemäß den höchsten Qualitätsstandards abgeschlossen werden.

Aufgaben:

* Installation von Abdichtungssystemen auf verschiedenen Dachkonstruktionen, einschließlich Warmdach, Umkehrdach, Duodach usw.

* Durchführung von Vorarbeiten wie Untergrundvorbereitung, Dampfsperren, Isolierung usw.

* Prüfung von Bauzeichnungen und Spezifikationen, um die korrekte Anwendung von Abdichtungsmaterialien sicherzustellen.

* Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Gewerken und Teammitgliedern, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Bauprojekte zu gewährleisten.

* Einhaltung von Sicherheitsstandards und Vorschriften auf Baustellen.

Anforderungen:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bauwerksabdichter_in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung in der Abdichtung von verschiedenen Dachkonstruktionen, vorzugsweise im Bereich Warmdach, Umkehrdach, Duodach usw.

* Kenntnisse über verschiedene Abdichtungsmaterialien und -techniken

* Fähigkeit, Bauzeichnungen und Spezifikationen zu verstehen und umzusetzen

* Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

* Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindestbruttogehalt ab € 3.500,- pro Monat. Eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.
