OSG Sevenwolden Campus Bovenbouw Heerenveen logo Voor OSG Sevenwolden Campus, onderdeel van Onderwijsgroep Midden-Friesland (OGMF) in Heerenveen zijn wij, per 1 december 2026, op zoek naar een Secretaresse/ Managementassistent. Als Secretaresse/ Managementassistent ondersteun je de directeur en, waar afgesproken, het managementteam bij de dagelijkse organisatie van het werk. Je zorgt voor overzicht, bewaakt afspraken en acties en regelt veel zaken zelfstandig. Daarmee zorg je ervoor dat de directeur zich zoveel mogelijk kan richten op de hoofdlijnen en op onderwerpen die daadwerkelijk zijn aandacht vragen. Van belang is dat je niet alleen uitvoert wat gevraagd wordt, maar ook vooruitkijkt. Je signaleert wat eraan komt, ziet waar iets dreigt vast te lopen en neemt waar mogelijk zelf actie. Je werkt in een VO-school waarin onderwijs, personeel, leerlingen, ouders, bestuur en externe partners samenkomen. De werkzaamheden worden mede bepaald door onverwachte situaties, bestuurlijke deadlines en vertrouwelijke of gevoelige dossiers. In deze dynamiek zorg je voor rust, overzicht en continuïteit. Agenda en planning - Je beheert de agenda van de directeur en stelt daarbij zelfstandig prioriteiten; - Je beoordeelt welke afspraken noodzakelijk zijn, welke verplaatst kunnen worden en waar ruimte in de agenda nodig is; - Je signaleert knelpunten tijdig en doet voorstellen om deze op te lossen; - Je bewaakt een werkbare verhouding tussen afspraken, overleggen, reistijd en tijd voor voorbereiding en uitwerking. Vergaderingen en voorbereiding - Je bereidt vergaderingen en afspraken van de directeur voor en zorgt dat de benodigde stukken en informatie tijdig beschikbaar zijn; - Je bewaakt agenda's, deelnemers, stukken en deadlines; - Je zorgt ervoor dat de directeur voorafgaand aan belangrijke afspraken weet wat er speelt en welke punten aandacht vragen; - Je maakt besluiten- en actielijsten, legt formele besluiten zorgvuldig vast en bewa...
