Secretaris-generaal (16971/AM) (NL) Zoek je een job met impact? Als secretaris-generaal geef je richting aan een organisatie van 200 medewerkers. Je neemt een centrale brugfunctie op tussen het Bureau, de parlementsleden, de politieke fracties, de para-parlementaire instellingen en het Algemeen Secretariaat. Vanuit die positie ondersteun je de politieke werking van het Vlaams Parlement en vertaal je de verwachtingen van de parlementaire organen naar een professionele en toekomstgerichte administratie. Daarbij stimuleer je samenwerking over de grenzen van beslissingsorganen en diensten heen en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de organisatieontwikkeling en de algemene kwaliteitswerking van het Algemeen Secretariaat. Competentieprofiel: Je bent een strategische en verbindende leider die affiniteit heeft met en inzicht in de werking van een politieke of bestuurlijke context. Je past organisatieontwikkeling en veranderingsmanagement toe op een organisatie- en contextbewuste manier. Door de combinatie van coachend leiderschap, stakeholdermanagement, besluitvaardigheid en heldere communicatie stimuleer je samenwerking over organisatiegrenzen heen. Kennis van digitalisering is een pluspunt. Deelnemingsvoorwaarden: - Belg zijn, burgerlijke en politieke rechten genieten en beschikken over een masterdiploma. - Minstens 6 jaar relevante leidinggevende ervaring hebben (verworven in de laatste 10 jaar) met coachend leiderschap en het hiërarchisch aansturen van een organisatie of afdeling binnen de publieke of private sector met eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de werking en de resultaten. - Minstens 6 jaar relevante beroepservaring hebben (verworven in de laatste 10 jaar) met het voorbereiden, uitwerken en implementeren van strategische beleidsvoorstellen en projecten in een complexe, bij voorkeur bestuurlijke, context, inclusief veranderingsmanagement en stakeholdermanagement.
