Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een Senior A-Z Accountant (m/v/x) voor een onderwijsinstelling regio Antwerpen.

Onze klant is actief in de academische en professionele opleidingswereld, bekend voor innovatie, internationale samenwerking en sterke maatschappelijke impact. Het financiële team zoekt versterking van een ervaren expert die mee de boekhouding opvolgt tijdens de afwezigheid van hun collega. Ook zoeken ze iemand die de bakens wenst te verzetten in een verandertraject rond hun ERP-systeem (ODOO).

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Verwerken en boeken van zowel inkomende als uitgaande facturen in ODOO;
  • Schrijven van praktijkgerichte handleidingen en documentatie;
  • Aanpassen van bestaande procedures in functie van de actuele werking van ODOO;
  • Mee uitdenken en ondersteunen van optimalisaties, rekening houdende met het feit dat ODOO momenteel nog niet volledig naar behoren functioneert;
  • Overleg voeren met ODOO-consultants en interne stakeholders om oplossingen en structurele verbeteringen door te voeren;

Jouw profiel:

  • Doorwinterde senior A-Z accountant met ruime ervaring;
  • Kennis van analytische boekhouding (kostentoewijzing e.d.);
  • Sterke BTW-kennis en ervaring, met name in een omgeving met gemengde btw-plicht/gemengd stelsel;
  • Grondige beheersing van BE GAAP en MS Office-toepassingen;
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels;
  • Ervaring met ODOO is een sterk pluspunt;
  • Je blijft rustig onder druk en weet structuur aan te brengen in een dynamische, soms chaotische omgeving;
  • Je neemt ownership, straalt rust uit en gaat proactief aan de slag met uitdagingen;
  • In staat om zelfstandig en constructief te communiceren met zowel technische consultants als businesspartners.
