Je ziet waar het scherper kan en stuurt bij waar nodig. Daarmee til je niet alleen individuele aangiften, maar ook het niveau van het team als geheel naar een hoger plan. Juist in Groningen krijg je daarnaast de ruimte om mee te bouwen aan een aangiftepraktijk die nog niet in beton gegoten is. Je stemt af met collega's uit accountancy en advies, begeleidt klanten bij controles of bezwaarprocedures en denkt actief mee over hoe het werk slimmer en consistenter kan worden ingericht.
