REFIBO is een familiaal accountantskantoor met een menselijk karakter en een duidelijke ambitie. Hier ben je geen nummer, maar een collega die écht meetelt, verantwoordelijkheid krijgt en mee bouwt aan ons verhaal.

We werken proactief, denken graag een stap vooruit en zetten technologie slim in om tijd vrij te maken voor wat écht waarde creëert: advies, inzicht en persoonlijk contact met onze klanten.

Om ons team te versterken zoeken we een Senior Accountant die zijn of haar expertise wil inzetten, verder uitbouwen en op termijn kan doorgroeien richting dossierbeheerder.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Senior Accountant krijg je een veelzijdige rol met verantwoordelijkheid, klantencontact en ruimte om verder te groeien.

Je:

  • bereidt maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen voor;
  • stelt fiscale aangiftes en btw-aangiftes op;
  • maakt rapporteringen en prognoses en vertaalt cijfers naar heldere inzichten voor klanten;
  • denkt proactief mee over fiscale en boekhoudkundige optimalisaties;
  • detecteert opportuniteiten en denkt mee met ondernemers over hun onderneming;
  • bent een rechtstreeks aanspreekpunt voor klanten en geeft hen helder en praktisch advies;
  • werkt nauw samen met junior accountants en dossierbeheerders;
  • bewaakt mee de kwaliteit van dossiers via controles en het vier-ogenprincipe;
  • neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor een efficiënte en digitale verwerking van dossiers.

Kortom: geen job waarin je alleen cijfers verwerkt, maar een rol waarin je cijfers begrijpt, vertaalt én gebruikt om ondernemers vooruit te helpen.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een accountant die zijn vak kent, maar vooral ook zin heeft in de volgende stap.

  • Je hebt minstens twee jaar relevante ervaring binnen accountancy.
  • Je behaalde een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een relevante economische master. Een Banaba Toegepaste Fiscaliteit is een plus.
  • Je denkt mee in plaats van alleen uit te voeren.
  • Je bent klantgericht en kan complexe cijfers en fiscale materie helder uitleggen.
  • Je bent leergierig, ambitieus en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en kwaliteitsbewust.
  • Je ziet digitalisering en technologie als een kans om slimmer en efficiënter te werken.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office. Ervaring met Adsolut, ClearFacts, CodaBox, Billit, Odoo of Wally is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste.
