Onze klant is actief in een technische en productiegerichte omgeving.

Volgende taken behoren tot jouw pakket als Senior Accountant (M/V/X):

  • Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid op voor de Belgische A-Z boekhouding.
  • Je ondersteunt de maand- en jaarafsluitingen en werkt hierbij nauw samen met interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Je staat mee in voor een hands-on operationele boekhouding en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van financiële gegevens.
  • Je werkt samen met de externe revisor en levert de nodige voorbereiding en ondersteuning aan.
  • Je speelt een actieve rol in de verdere professionalisering van rapportering, processen en interne financiële werking.
  • Je ondersteunt de geplande ERP-implementatie en denkt mee na over efficiëntie en optimalisatie.
  • Je groeit op termijn mee in een bredere finance rol met meer verantwoordelijkheden binnen de organisatie.
  • Je krijgt de kans om stapsgewijs onder begeleiding door te groeien naar een functie als Finance Manager.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je hebt ruime ervaring binnen A-Z boekhouding en voelt je comfortabel in een senior accountantsrol.
  • Je hebt een brede, generalistische financiële achtergrond en schakelt vlot tussen operationele en meer analytische taken.
  • Je communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis van Engels en Frans.
  • Je hebt ervaring met boekhoudsoftware en kennis van ERP-systemen is een plus.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur interesse in procesoptimalisatie en digitalisering binnen finance.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en werkt nuchter, pragmatisch en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een directe, informele en familiale werkomgeving.
  • Je hebt de ambitie om op termijn meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en door te groeien naar een managementfunctie.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur affiniteit met een productieomgeving, projectmatige context of ERP-implementaties.
