Voor een toonaangevende internationale speler binnen de logistieke sector zijn we op zoek naar een Senior Accountant. Deze financieel sterke familiale onderneming is wereldwijd actief en combineert logistieke expertise met innovatieve oplossingen. Vanuit de Antwerpse regio werk je mee aan de financiële opvolging van een business unit die een belangrijke rol speelt binnen de havenactiviteiten.

Wat doe je als Senior Accountant?

Als Senior Accountant neem je een sleutelrol op binnen het finance team. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige boekhouding van één of meerdere entiteiten en zorgt ervoor dat de financiële rapportering correct, tijdig en betrouwbaar verloopt. Dankzij jouw expertise ben je een waardevolle sparringpartner voor het management en draag je actief bij aan de optimalisatie van financiële processen.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • De volledige A-Z boekhouding van één of meerdere vennootschappen
  • Het voorbereiden en coördineren van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen
  • Het opstellen van de jaarrekening en fiscale aangiften
  • De correcte verwerking van de btw-administratie en het opvolgen van de fiscale en boekhoudkundige wetgeving
  • Het analyseren van financiële resultaten en het opstellen van managementrapporteringen
  • Het optimaliseren van financiële processen en interne controles
  • Het fungeren als inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt binnen het finance team
  • Het onderhouden van contacten met auditors, accountants en fiscale adviseurs

Wie ben jij & wat zijn je skills?

Je bent een ervaren finance professional die nauwkeurigheid combineert met een analytische blik en een pragmatische aanpak.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Accountancy, Fiscaliteit of een financiële richting
  • Minstens twee jaar relevante ervaring binnen een verantwoordelijke boekhoudkundige functie
  • Een grondige kennis van de Belgische boekhoud- en fiscale regelgeving
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen; kennis van Oracle is een pluspunt
  • Een uitstekende kennis van Excel
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om financiële informatie helder toe te lichten
  • Een proactieve, gestructureerde en hands-on werkhouding
