Als Accountant binnen ons finance team speel je een belangrijke rol in het uitvoeren en bewaken van de boekhouding van één of meerdere vennootschappen en ondersteun je onze accounting manager bij de complexere fiscale of boekhoudkundige topics. In deze rol voer je de boekhouding uit van A tot Z.

Hoe zal jouw dag eruit zien?

Het inboeken van facturen en bankafschriften en het bewaken van de juistheid ervan.

Het uitvoeren van de maand en jaarafsluitingen door boekhoudkundige controles uit te voeren, afsluitberekening te maken en afsluitboekingen door te voeren.

Het beantwoorden van vragen van filialen, interne diensten en management over leveranciers, betalingen, en boekhoudkundige registraties.

Bijhouden van het klassement en de digitale documenten, meedenken over proces- en flowverbeteringen, meer bepaald na de recente invoering van een nieuw ERP (MS365 Finance & Operations).

Up-to-date blijven van nieuwe wetgeving en toepassen van actuele kennis.

Naar wie zijn we op zoek?

• Je hebt een bachelor in accountancy of gelijkwaardige ervaring.

• Je beschikt over een goede kennis van Excel, werkt vlot met financiële software, hebt ervaring met ERP en bij voorkeur met MS365 Finance & Operation (of met MS365 Dynamics).

• Je hebt een stevige basis in boekhoud-, vennootschaps- en fiscale wetgeving.

• Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je goed uitdrukken in het Frans.

• Je brengt enkele jaren relevante ervaring mee, bij voorkeur binnen een productiebedrijf met meerdere sites.

• Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail, zonder het totaalplaatje uit het oog te verliezen.

• Je bewaakt deadlines en voortgang op een gestructureerde manier.

• Je werkt integer, bent resultaatgericht en houdt van duidelijke, open communicatie.
