In dieser Rolle verbindest du operatives Accounting, Bilanzierungs-Expertise und Gestaltungskraft. Du arbeitest eng mit der Abteilungsleitung zusammen, sorgst für reibungslose finanzielle Abläufe und treibst aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse und Systeme voran.

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

* Verantwortung für Bilanz, GuV sowie Monats-, Quartals-und Jahresabschlüsse nach UGB & IFRS

* Operatives Accounting: laufende Buchhaltung, Debitoren, Zahlläufe, Rückstellungen, Personalbuchungen

* Zentrale Ansprechperson für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater, Behörden und interne Fachbereiche

* Analyse & Optimierung bestehender Prozesse - du identifizierst Engpässe und setzt Verbesserungen um

* Mitarbeit an Digitalisierungs-und Automatisierungsinitiativen, z. B. SAP S/4HANA, SQL, Excel (VBA, Power Query)

Das bringst Du mit

* Kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Accounting, in der Bilanzierung oder in der Wirtschaftsprüfung

* Know-how in Prozessmanagement, Digitalisierung oder Finance Transformation von Vorteil

* Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie hohe IT-Affinität; SAP-Erfahrung ist wünschenswert

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Kommunikationsstärke, analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Hands-on-Mentalität, Eigeninitiative und Freude daran, Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten

Dein Gehalt

Mindestens 5.000,- Euro brutto pro Monat bei 40 Wochenstunden. Ebenso wie Du geben wir uns mit Mindeststandards nicht zufrieden - Dein tatsächliches Gehalt vereinbaren wir abhängig von Deiner Erfahrung.
