The posting

Sinds 2014 bouwen we aan een sterk en toekomstgericht accountantskantoor met vier kantoren, waaronder Bredene. Onze groei richting ongeveer 100 collega's gebeurt bewust en met respect voor onze kernwaarden: kwaliteit, samenwerking en menselijkheid.

In Bredene kom je terecht in een betrokken en toegankelijk team waar ontwikkeling centraal staat. We geloven sterk in blijvend leren en investeren daarom structureel in scholing en leerkansen voor iedereen. Elke medewerker krijgt minstens 30 uur opleiding per jaar, aangevuld met bijkomende opleidingen op maat. Wie gemotiveerd is om zich verder te verdiepen of nieuwe expertise op te bouwen, wordt actief aangemoedigd en ondersteund.

Daarnaast begeleiden we middelgrote en grote vennootschappen en gaan we bewust verder dan klassieke accountancy. Jouw rol

Als Senior Accountant ben je een zelfstandige en mature professional die verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen. Je beheert klantendossiers van A tot Z, fungeert als vertrouwenspersoon en adviseert klanten proactief op boekhoudkundig, fiscaal en juridisch vlak.

Daarnaast neem je een coachende rol op binnen het team. Je ondersteunt en begeleidt junior accountants, stimuleert hen om vragen te stellen en helpt hen groeien in hun expertise en zelfvertrouwen. We waarderen collega's die open communiceren, kritisch durven meedenken en actief bijdragen aan verbetering en innovatie.

Je denkt mee over procesoptimalisatie en levert een concrete bijdrage aan de verdere uitbouw van onze kantoren en dienstverlening.
