Voor een groeiend bedrijf in de regio Boortmeerbeek, actief in een dynamische en internationale sector, zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Senior Accountant die een centrale rol opneemt binnen het finance team en de Finance Manager ondersteunt in de verdere uitbouw van de financiële werking.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je coördineert en voert de maand- en jaarafsluitingen uit, bereidt de jaarrekening en de aangifte vennootschapsbelasting voor en bewaakt de nauwkeurigheid en consistentie van alle financiële gegevens
  • Je staat in voor de periodieke btw-aangiften en intracommunautaire opgaven en ziet toe op de fiscale correctheid van de facturatie
  • Je stelt financiële rapportages en managementdashboards op en denkt actief mee over de verdere uitbouw van de rapportering binnen de organisatie
  • Je werkt vanuit finance mee aan de implementatie van een nieuw ERP-systeem, beheert de masterdata en helpt workflows digitaliseren
  • Je stuurt de Accounting Officer aan, coacht en ondersteunt waar nodig en fungeert als back-up voor kritieke taken
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor externe auditors, de fiscale specialist en volgt de contacten met banken en kredietverzekering op

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma Boekhouden-Accountancy en beschikt over 5 tot 10 jaar relevante werkervaring
  • Je hebt de volledige boekhouding van een KMO zelfstandig beheerd en bent vertrouwd met de Belgische boekhouding en btw-wetgeving
  • Je bent een Excel-expert en werkt vlot met ERP-systemen; ervaring met een ERP-implementatie is een sterke troef
  • Je combineert een nauwkeurige werkstijl met een echte KMO-mentaliteit en schakelt moeiteloos tussen strategisch meedenken en hands-on uitvoeren
  • Je communiceert helder en staat stevig in je schoenen, ook richting management en externe partijen
