Was wir machen ist nichts Neue... 1 Senior Accountant (m/w/d) International Finance & Reporting - Commercial & Finance - Vollzeit - Wien - ab € 4.500,-

Zeit für eine neue Herausforderung * Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung und Steuerung der Finanzbuchhaltung über mehrere Gesellschaften hinweg inklusive Hauptbuchhaltung, Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie Sicherstellung der Rechnungslegung nach UGB * Erstellung von Management Reports, Finanzanalysen und Forecasts sowie Unterstützung der Budgetierungs- und Finanzplanungsprozesse inklusive Cashflow-Planung und Abweichungsanalysen * Koordination gesetzlicher Abschlüsse, Steuererklärungen und regulatorischer Meldungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern, Wirtschaftsprüfern und externen Dienstleistern * Verantwortung für Bilanz-, Bank- und Intercompany-Abstimmungen sowie Überwachung der Debitoren- und Kreditorenprozesse inklusive Zahlungsverkehr * Funktion als Finance Business Partner für Management und operative Fachbereiche zur Bereitstellung finanzieller Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen * Weiterentwicklung von Finanzprozessen, internen Kontrollsystemen und Reporting-Strukturen sowie Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von ERP-Systemen wie Sage Intacct * Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Stakeholdern, Banken und externen Partnern sowie Koordination relevanter Finanz- und Payroll-Prozesse

Skills sind der Schlüssel * Abgeschlossenes Studium in Rechnungswesen, Finanzen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung * Ausbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter von großem Vorteil * Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen oder Finanzbereich * Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Management Accounts sowie eigenständige Durchführung von Monatsabschlüssen * Fundierte Kenntnisse des österreichischen Unternehmensgesetzbuches (UGB) sowie des österreichischen Steuerrechts * Sehr gutes Verständnis von gesetzlicher Berichterstattung, Finanzkontrollen und Management Reporting * Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise Sage Intacct, sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Excel und MS Office * Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Erfahrung in der Immobilienbranche von Vorteil * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
