The posting

Als Senior Accountant neem je een brede verantwoordelijkheid op voor de boekhoudkundige en fiscale opvolging van verschillende vennootschappen. Concreet sta je onder andere in voor:

  • Beheren en opvolgen van de boekhouding van A tot Z van verschillende vennootschappen
  • Verzorgen en controleren van periodieke aangiftes zoals btw, Intrastat en intracommunautaire aangiftes
  • Instaan voor de maand- en jaarafsluitingen
  • Opvolgen en afstemmen van intercompanytransacties binnen de groep
  • Opvolgen van financiële en boekhoudkundige flows tussen verschillende internationale entiteiten
  • Opvolgen van boekhoudkundige contracten van bedrijfswagens
  • Financiële opvolging en nauwe samenwerking met de CFO
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor auditoren en bedrijfsrevisoren
  • Voorbereiden en ondersteunen van fiscale controles en dossiers
  • Voorbereiden van de vennootschapsbelasting
  • Meewerken aan consolidatie, waarbij verdere opleiding mogelijk is
  • Meedenken over de optimalisatie en verdere digitalisering van ERP- en accountingprocessen

Op termijn krijg je de mogelijkheid om steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en door te groeien naar Hoofdboekhouder, waarbij je ook op termijn een accountingteam van een viertal medewerkers mag begeleiden.

Must haves

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een financiële of economische richting, of hebt een gelijkwaardig niveau opgebouwd door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt een stevige ervaring binnen A-Z accounting
  • Je hebt ervaring met de boekhoudkundige opvolging van meerdere vennootschappen
  • Je bent vertrouwd met maand- en jaarafsluitingen, btw en andere periodieke aangiftes
  • Je werkt efficiënt, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en behoudt ook binnen complexere dossiers het overzicht
  • Je bent hands-on ingesteld en bent niet bang om ook zelf operationeel mee te werken
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je professioneel uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels
  • Je bent mensgericht, werkt graag samen in teamverband en beschikt over de nodige maturiteit om op termijn een team te begeleiden
  • Je staat stevig in je schoenen en kan goed functioneren binnen een omgeving met deadlines
  • Je hebt een digitale mindset en maakt je nieuwe systemen en processen snel eigen

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring binnen een internationale groepsstructuur
  • Ervaring met intercompanytransacties en verschillende munteenheden
  • Ervaring met audits, fiscale controles en/of vennootschapsbelasting
  • Ervaring met of kennis van consolidatie
  • Ervaring met SAP is een sterke troef
  • Eerdere ervaring met het begeleiden of aansturen van collega’s is mooi meegenomen
