Meteen een vast contract, 34 verlofdagen en flexibele werkuren. Als Consultant Accountancy & Fiscaliteit in Brecht krijg je de vrijheid om zelfstandig je klantenportefeuille te beheren en als vertrouwenspersoon mee te denken met ondernemers.

Je krijgt slimme technologie en digitale tools ter ondersteuning, ruime opleidingsmogelijkheden én actieve begeleiding wanneer je je ITAA-certificaat wil behalen. Je werkt vanuit Brecht en combineert zo een uitdagende adviesfunctie dicht bij huis met veel autonomie en ruimte om verder te groeien.

Wat ga je doen als Consultant Accountancy & Fiscaliteit?

  • Je beheert zelfstandig een uitgebreide portefeuille van klantendossiers en neemt hierin van A tot Z de verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Boekhoudkundige en fiscale gegevens verwerken en analyseren vormt een belangrijk onderdeel van je functie, waarbij je cijfers vertaalt naar helder advies voor klanten.
  • Je denkt proactief mee met ondernemers en bouwt een duurzame vertrouwensrelatie met hen op.
  • Samenwerken met junior collega’s hoort er eveneens bij: je begeleidt hen waar nodig en deelt je expertise binnen het team.
  • Je houdt je vakkennis voortdurend up-to-date en gebruikt je commerciële feeling om kansen bij klanten te herkennen.
  • Je hebt minstens 4 jaar ervaring binnen een accountantskantoor en beschikt over een sterke boekhoudkundige en fiscale kennis.
  • Je combineert cijfermatig inzicht met sterke adviesvaardigheden en communiceert vlot met ondernemers.
  • Je denkt proactief en commercieel mee met klanten en hebt bij voorkeur ervaring binnen de kmo-sector.
