Functieomschrijving Als Senior Accountmanager ben jij de spil tussen onze organisatie en de grotere, strategische klanten in de bouwsector. Met jouw gedegen kennis van bouwmaterialen en de branche weet jij exact wat klanten nodig hebben en bied je passende oplossingen. Je fungeert als betrouwbare partner, onderhoudt duurzame relaties en denkt actief mee over de inzet van innovatieve producten en diensten. Een gemiddelde werkdag bestaat uit het onderhouden van intensief klantcontact, het adviseren van klanten over de nieuwste ontwikkelingen, en het schakelen met verschillende interne afdelingen zoals binnendienst, projectadviseurs en logistieke teams. Je bezoekt klanten, bespreekt projecten, signaleert kansen in de markt en vertaalt deze naar concrete acties. Ook draag je bij aan het optimaliseren van processen en het delen van kennis binnen het team.
