Wat je gaat doen:

  • Nieuwe klanten identificeren en prospecteren: Ontdek potentiële klanten via diverse methoden zoals cold calling, netwerkevenementen en interne leads.
  • Boeiende verkooppresentaties geven: Houd overtuigende presentaties die onze nicheservices onder de aandacht brengen, waarbij je je aanpak afstemt op de specifieke behoeften van elke prospect.
  • Sterke relaties opbouwen en onderhouden: Creëer sterke, langdurige relaties met klanten om hun tevredenheid en loyaliteit te waarborgen.
  • Onderhandelen en deals sluiten: Vaardig onderhandelen over contracten en verkoopovereenkomsten finaliseren, waarbij je consequent de verkoopdoelstellingen voor de regio haalt of overtreft.
  • Samenwerken met teams: Werk nauw samen met ons recruitment team en management om effectieve verkoopstrategieën te ontwikkelen die zijn toegespitst op de Vlaamse markt.
  • Op de hoogte blijven van trends: Houdt trends in de sector, marktomstandigheden en activiteiten van concurrenten bij om de verkoopaanpak te verfijnen en aan te passen.
  • Regelmatig rapporteren: Zorg voor gedetailleerde rapportages over verkoopactiviteiten en prestatiecijfers..

Het ideale profiel:

  • Aantoonbare verkoopervaring: Minimaal 4 jaar succesvolle ervaring in verkoop, met een trackrecord van het halen of overtreffen van targets.
  • Sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden: Uitzonderlijk vermogen om potentiële klanten te overtuigen en te beïnvloeden.
  • Uitstekende communicatie- en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden: Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, met een goede beheersing van het Frans als pluspunt.
  • Zelfgemotiveerd: Sterk gedreven en in staat om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken.
  • Technisch onderlegd: Bekwaam in MS Office en CRM-software.
  • Doorzetter: Bereid om deuren te openen en uit te blinken op de weg als een echte sales professional.
  • Bachelor / master denkniveau
