The posting

Voor onze opdrachtgever zijn wij op zoek naar een Senior Administrateur die de verantwoordelijkheid draagt voor het beheren en het controleren van de boekhouding van 10 entiteiten. In deze rol word je ondersteunt door een junior administrateur, die zorgt voor de dagelijkse financiële administratie (debiteuren-, crediteuren- en bankadministratie). Jij houdt je bezig met het controleren van de boekingen in het grootboek, het aansluiten van sub-administraties en het verzorgen van periodieke boekingen en correcties. Je verzorgt de periodieke afsluitingen en ondersteunt bij het opstellen van financiële rapportages. Daarnaast ben je sparringpartner voor de Controller en de verschillende locatie managers. Taken & verantwoordelijkheden: - Verzorgen en controleren van de volledige financiële administratie van 10 bedrijfsonderdelen; - Beheren van grootboekrekeningen en verzorgen van aansluitingen; - Zelfstandig verzorgen van de maand- en jaarafsluiting; - Opstellen en indienen van fiscale aangiften, zoals btw en CBS; - Opstellen van balansspecificaties en ondersteunen bij het samenstellen van financiële rapportages; - Analyseren van financiële afwijkingen en verschillen; - Ondersteunen bij de accountantscontrole; - Meedenken over rapportages en managementinformatie; - Mede verantwoordelijk voor complexe jaarlijkse facturatierondes; - Signaleren van knelpunten en verbeteren van financiële processen.

- Je hebt een opleiding afgerond in financiële richting, op MBO of HBO niveau; - Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als (allround) boekhouder / administrateur en je hebt ervaring als zijnde sparringpartner voor de business; - Je bent in staat om zelfstandig de maand- en jaarafsluitingen te verzorgen en hebt hierin aantoonbare werkervaring; - Je beschikt over uitstekend cijfermatig inzicht en hebt goede analytische vaardigheden; - Je vindt het leuk om met locatie manager(s) in contact te zijn en zo nu en dan naar de locaties af te reizen voor overleg; - Je maakt je gemakkelijk nieuwe systemen eigen en hebt (bij voorkeur) ervaring met Exact Online; - Je hebt uitstekende vaardigheden in Excel en andere MS Office programma's, eventueel aangevuld met kennis van PowerBI (pré); - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend.
