Senior adviseur functie-indelingen - TenMonks Senior adviseur functie-indelingen - 12-10-2026 - 24 uur €7.014 - €8.017 / maand 2 maanden WO Nog 23 dagen Dit ga je doen De opdracht kan alleen op detacheringsbasis uitgevoerd worden, geen zzp/ dga Het team (AOSF) verzorgt o.a. de functie-indelingen voor alle S15+ medewerkers binnen de Belastingdienst. Voor de functie-indeling van de (mogelijk) S16-functies gelden vanuit het ministerie van Binnenlandse Zaken en Koninkrijksrelaties (BZK) zwaardere criteria. Hiervoor is inhoudelijke expertise van externe leveranciers nodig, omdat deze expertise binnen de Belastingdienst niet beschikbaar is. Daarnaast geldt voor topfuncties (S15 en hoger) het vier-ogenprincipe. Dit betekent dat voor de beoordeling en functie-indeling twee adviseurs nodig zijn. De opdracht omvat: drie functie-indelingen voor ketenmanagers, inclusief de bijbehorende functie-interviews; één verzwarende rolbeschrijving voor de voorzitter van de ketenmanagers. Als voorbereiding hebben we de benodigde achtergrondinformatie verzameld. Op basis hiervan stellen we zelf een generiek S15-profiel op en bereiden we de beschrijvingen van de drie (mogelijke) S16-functies en de bijbehorende rollen voor. De externe expertise is vervolgens nodig voor de inhoudelijke beoordeling en functie-indeling volgens de zwaardere BZK-criteria. Locatie: De functie-interviews moeten op locatie worden gehouden met de betrokkenen, de overige werkzaamheden kunnen thuis plaatsvinden Aantal uur: 16-24 uur per week Start: 12 oktober 2026 Eind: 30 november 2026.
