En jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het behalen en behouden van SCL en overige veiligheidscertificeringen en begeleidt de organisatie succesvol door interne en externe audits; - Jij adviseert directie, management en Raad van Bestuur over strategisch veiligheidsbeleid en vertaalt ambities naar concrete resultaten. Als Senior KVM Adviseur beweeg je moeiteloos tussen de verschillende onderdelen; Movares is daarbij volop in ontwikkeling en groei, wat vraagt om flexibiliteit als iets wat net is opgeleverd alweer moet worden aangepast. Je werkt in een omgeving van groei, verandering en diversiteit, staat dicht bij en in nauw overleg met de Raad van Bestuur, en krijgt volop ruimte om het veiligheids- en managementsysteem verder vorm te geven.De opgave: niet alleen zorgen dat het BHV-systeem en de VCA-certificering op orde zijn, maar mede bepalen hoe veiligheid en cultuur zich binnen Movares verder ontwikkelen.
